FEAST 30 Days is designed to educate and empower parents and caregivers of people with eating disorders. The program delivers one lesson per day directly to your email inbox for 30 days. Each lesson is focused on a topic related to eating disorders and caregiving. Resources provided with each lesson offer a deeper and more robust understanding of what eating disorders are, how they are treated, and how families can best support their loved one.

Registered users can use the 30 day service however it works best: read one lesson per day, skip a day, jump forward, or review all 30 days is one session if you like. Do whatever works for you!
