F.E.A.S.T. is a non-profit volunteer organization supported by donations from the public. We are a 501(c)(3) charity nonstock corporation in the U.S. Commonwealth of Virginia, and donations are tax deductible. Donations of all sizes are welcome, and are used to support services like our website, outreach, conference participation, and office supplies. Donations can be made by check, sent to the F.E.A.S.T. address below, or by PayPal. Please indicate if your contribution is to be anonymous, and an address for your receipt.
F.E.A.S.T. is dedicated to remaining independent and family-focused. For this reason, it is our policy to accept donations from individuals but decline donations, advertisements, or sponsorships from eating disorder treatment clinics and providers as well as other business concerns who sell or provide services to families. If you are a treatment provider and wish to support F.E.A.S.T.'s work, we have several ideas on ways to help the parent community: please contact us.
Your donation of
• $25 US pays for one month of the Around the Dinner Table online forum service to hundreds of families. • $10 US per month funds our Skype phone service, where families and clinicians can call for information. • $500 US pays for a meeting room for F.E.A.S.T. to host members and advisors for an annual dinner. • $1,000 US enables our executive director to attend a US conference to speak about FEAST and to advocate for FEAST’S principles • $1,200US pays for an exhibitor’s table at the National Eating Disorders Association annual conference and the ability to reach hundreds of attendees with a message of parent/carer commitment to improved treatment. • $2,500 US allows our executive director to attend an international conference to present a workshop on family involvement and evidence-based treatment and bring parent/carer concerns directly to leaders and other advocates in the field.
