Throughout history, and into the present, many approaches have been used for the treatment of anorexia and bulimia. Clinicians generally specialize in a specific approach or mixture of approaches - and no clinician offers all of them. Because there are no industry standards or guidelines to which all clinicians adhere, It is up to the consumer to research the options and approaches to find the right match.
